Current operation
The calculators run locally in the browser and do not require an account. CargaBase does not receive the values you enter into them. There are no forms, newsletters, comments, user profiles or private areas in this version.
Server technical data and records
The accommodation provider can temporarily treat the IP address, date and time, page requested, user agent and similar technical data to deliver the web, maintain security, diagnose incidents and prevent abusive uses. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site. The conservation depends on the configuration and policy of the supplier and is limited to the time required for these purposes.
If you write to the contact mail, your address, the content of the message and the data you decide to provide to respond to the consultation will be treated. The legal basis is your request and, where appropriate, the legitimate interest in keeping the communication on record. The messages will be kept for as long as necessary to meet them and to fulfil possible legal obligations.
Addressees and suppliers
Technical data can be processed by the accommodation provider and by providers essential for infrastructure, subject to their contracts and policies. No data are given for commercial purposes. If a supplier is dealing with data outside the European Economic Area, the guarantees required by the RGPD should apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
CargaBase does not deliberately install its own analytical or advertising cookies or currently use an advertising system. The accommodation can use elements strictly necessary for security or delivery. If it is incorporated not exempt, advertising, customization or other technology that requires consent, a consent mechanism will be introduced first and this policy will be updated.

By following a commercial or informative link to another website, the privacy and cookies of that third party are applied. CargaBase does not control your data processing.
Rights
You can request access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation or portability when appropriate by writing to fbvproofs @ gmail.com and identifying your request. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Last revised: 26 August 2026. This policy must be reviewed before incorporating forms, analytics, advertising, newsletter, accounts or other additional treatments.
Google Analytics
Only after accepting the analytical cookies is Google Analytics 4 loaded with the G-QZ95WC3YSD identifier. Google can treat technical browsing data, online identifiers, visited pages, device, browser and approximate location. The legal basis is consent, which you can remove from the "Cookies" link from the foot. Configuration disables deactivate Google signals and advertising customization.

Google may process technical browsing data, online identifiers, pages visited, device, browser and approximate location. The lawful basis is consent, which can be withdrawn through the Cookies link in the footer. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
